Around 1992, working as a reservations agent at the Frankfurt office, Leading announced a new booking system and that a person from the London office would come over for training us. It was Armando and all of us, a couple of young ladies, enjoyed every day with him. He turned out to be a very patient and just great trainer and someone of us gave him the nick name “Mr. Pavarotti”. Now over 20 years later I am looking back to a wonderful friendship and fabulous time working together. We visited a lot of different places around the world and enjoyed many wonderful moments and were able to forget about work, too!! Dear Armando, when I visited you late July we were holding hands and both of us knew we will see each other again in heaven. When it’s time for me to depart, I will watch out for you! But until this time, I will miss you so much and will always remember the time we have spent together. I love you and you will be in my heart and memories forever! Sabine
