Armando, what a pain you could be. Change did not come easy to your mind but what support you gave when you did. Thank you for your believe in what we created together, for supporting the future and for challenging the establishment. You were always on the side of the weaker and you did not agree just because it was decided. You challenged and created a stir but all to create a difference and actually to the better for all. Thank you for not giving up to a stubborn young boss. Will miss our late night working hours, you smoking across the wall and me trying to concentrate in the fumes. Thank you for sharing time with many hoteliers that asked for help, thank you for being patient and offering an ear to listen and sometime advice when no one else would give it. Your laughter went to everyone's heart, it was genuine and honest (sometime sarcastic) but always a smile. Well, sometimes grumpy and without a conversation. You always wanted to be part of a team and to contribute to one, you sure did. We all teased you. Thank you for your knowledge and speed, will miss the opportunity to call and ask anything.
